Ms. Bernhard holds her Florida Real Estate License as well as Florida General Lines, Life Variable Annuity and Health. She is also a member of the National Powersports Dealer Association (NPDA), Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC), Florida Automobile Dealers Association (FADA), and completed the NCM Associates Financial Management Course along with Harvard Business School Financial Accounting.

The Performance Brokerage Services team has developed an excellent network of business contacts and service providers including attorneys, appraisers, and accountants. Four Corners Harley-Davidson and Four Corners Powersports was the second dealership George Chaconas sold for me. George and his Associate, Courtney Bernhard, did an excellent job. George was able to identify multiple buyers, but ultimately, we negotiated a buy-sell with the Verackas. Unfortunately, Harley-Davidson Motor Company decided to exercise their Right of First Refusal and assign the Asset Purchase Agreement to the three surrounding dealers and close the location.
