Performance Brokerage Services, North America’s highest volume dealership brokerage firm, is pleased to announce the sale of Sutherlin Nissan of Fort Pierce, Florida from Sutherlin Automotive Group.
Sutherlin Automotive Group was founded over 50 years ago by George Sutherlin, a pioneer in the automotive industry. George Sutherlin built an impressive automotive empire in his tenured career, owning over 60 new car franchise automotive dealerships. The group currently operates seven locations across the southeast.
George Sutherlin’s son, Brett Sutherlin, has taken over the family business as owner and CEO, carrying on his father’s legacy. Brett’s lifelong passion for the automotive industry combined with his education in Automotive Marketing from Northwood University, has amassed over 26 years of expertise in automotive and digital marketing.

The dealership will remain at its current location at 4815 South US Highway 1 in Fort Pierce, Florida and will be renamed Nissan of Fort Pierce.
