I first met Jonny Mecham at NADA. He was very personable and easy to talk with. We were an independent store looking to get into the franchise side of the business, and a few brokers didn’t even want to help us because we were not already a franchise store. Jonny was great right from the beginning. He was willing to listen and help us find what we were looking for. We looked at a few stores and could not find the right fit at first. Jonny never gave up and stayed in contact with us for over 2 years, even during COVID, and eventually found us a store in our backyard. Jonny kept me informed on the status and progress of the transaction and got me any information I asked for. He even showed up at the closing to make sure everything went smoothly.
