I have now had the pleasure of closing my fifth transaction with Performance Brokerage Services. It was a pleasure working with Matt Wilkins and Gershon Rosenzweig on this deal and I look forward to more in the future. They put our interests first, work hard to make a complicated process seem easy, and above all else, they are good people. They always make themselves available to answer questions, help resolve issues, and go above and beyond. They took their time getting to know us so they could bring us the right opportunities and never stretched the truth. These guys are unbelievable and will put in the work to earn your trust. They are first on our list and should be first on yours too.
We just recently acquired our 10th store with the help from Gershon Rosenzweig and Matt Wilkins of Performance Brokerage Services. They were extremely professional and had thorough knowledge of the entire operation we were looking to purchase. These gentlemen are straight shooters and provided us with a great due diligence package with all the facts needed for our transaction. We were able to purchase this dealership in record time with their help and assistance. I would highly recommend Performance Brokerage Services as a buyer’s or seller’s agent.
After 42 years in the automotive business, I was ready to move to the next phase of my life. After seeing an ad in Automotive News for Performance Brokerage Services, I reached out to the company, and to my surprise, I was talking to Jason Stopnitzky, the Co-Founder. Talk about making a good first impression. He put me in contact with the Northeast Partner, Gershon Rosenzweig, who was the ultimate professional, and walked me through a process I was quite unfamiliar with. There was never a time that I was unable to get an answer to a question or have someone return a call. It is a very complex and complicated process when unwinding and selling a business. Thank goodness I made the right decision when I reached out to Performance Brokerage Services. They were with me right at the very end, sitting at the closing table. I would also like to say a special thank you to Les Chayo for all his help and legal advice.
Where do you start when it comes time to sell your 102-year-old family business? The first step is to properly value what it’s worth and the second step is to decide whether to hire a broker or sell it on your own. After going through the process, I can now tell you that if you want to get the most money and have someone to guide you through this very complex process, then you want Gershon Rosenzweig and Matt Wilkins of Performance Brokerage Services on your team. After spending time exchanging a lot of paperwork and numbers, their valuation was spot on. Their reach and network of buyers were instrumental in finding the right buyer for our dealerships and market. They found a buyer quickly and at a much higher valuation than I would have secured on my own. Not a day went by that they didn’t answer my phone calls or texts promptly. There are many ebbs and flows during a buy-sell, and their guidance and advice throughout the whole process was invaluable. The value they added was worth far more than the brokerage fee.
Gershon Rosenzweig, Matt Wilkins, and the entire Performance Brokerage team were outstanding to work with. They were professional, well organized, and very easy to do business with. We look forward to working with them again very soon.
Our family appreciated the way Gershon Rosenzweig and Matt Wilkins of Performance Brokerage Services listened to our wishes to find us a good buyer. They persevered and found us the right family to take over the reins at our 50-year dealership. They understood all the nooks and crannies of the transaction, resulting in an easy transition.
We enjoyed working with George Chaconas and the team at Performance Brokerage Services. George is a consummate professional, one of the most experienced brokers in the industry and has become a great friend throughout our years of working together. We look forward to working with George and his team again in the future. Damian Mills is building one of the foremost dealer groups in the country and both he and his team were great to work with throughout this process. We wish them the best of success in New Orleans and beyond.
