The acquisition of Clemons Chevrolet marks the third transaction facilitated by Performance Brokerage Services on behalf on Gregg Young Automotive Group since 2018. Paul Kechnie, Senior Midwest Partner for Performance Brokerage Services, was the exclusive advisor for this transaction. Gregg Young, President, currently owns and operates nine dealerships across Iowa and Nebraska and has plans to continue growing his auto group.
