Performance Brokerage Services, North America’s highest volume dealership brokerage firm, is pleased to announce the sale of Courtesy Acura in Lexington, Kentucky from Patti Swope and Jeff Wood of Tom Wood Auto Group to Don Jacobs of Don Jacobs Auto Group.
Courtesy Acura was established over three decades ago by Sam Swope and Tom Wood. John Wood, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tom Wood Auto Group shared, “We’d like to thank Mark and his team. Mark’s persistence and unflappable demeanor were essential to navigating the various issues that are bound to come up during a buy sell. He kept us all on track and was a big part of getting this over the finish line!”
Over the last 5 years, Performance Brokerage Services has advised on the sale of over 300 dealerships, making it the highest volume dealership brokerage firm in North America.
