Following the sale, Mark Tkach, CEO of RideNow Powersports commented, “We have worked with George Chaconas of Performance Brokerage Services for almost 15 years. He recently helped us identify and acquire War Horse Harley-Davidson. This was an ideal strategic acquisition for us to continue to grow our presence in Florida as it is practically across the street from our dealerships in Ocala. It was another great experience working with George and I would highly recommend him as an industry expert.”
Robert Bass, Partner and Attorney at Law for Bass Sox Mercer in Tallahassee, Florida, represented RideNow Powersports in this transaction.
The dealership name will remain the same and will operate at its current location at 5331 North Highway 441 in Ocala, Florida 34475.
George C. Chaconas, the exclusive agent for RideNow Powersports in this transaction and the head of the National Harley-Davidson and Powersports Division for Performance Brokerage Services commented, “It was a great pleasure to have helped RideNow Powersports identify and facilitate the perfect strategic acquisition to grow their Florida operation. I wish them tremendous success and look forward to working with them again in the future.”
