Takina De Lacy brings over 20 years of executive-level administrative and operational support, with extensive experience in transportation, government, and legal operations. With a background rooted in project coordination, document management, and operations, she has built a reputation for being highly conscientious, detail-oriented, and steady in fast-paced settings. Takina has supported senior leadership teams, managed complex workflows, and developed systems that keep operations running smoothly, allowing leaders to focus on high-value work. 

Prior to joining Performance Brokerage Services, Takina managed operations for a small family-owned business, strengthening her skills in organization, communication, and client service. She holds degrees in Paralegal Studies and Criminal Justice, and she is currently completing her certification as an AI Generalist to expand her expertise in emerging technologies and workflow efficiency. Known for her reliability and intuitive ability to anticipate needs, Takina brings a process-driven, solutions-focused mindset to every team she supports.
