John Soares, a long-time Montana dealer, and his son, Joshua Soares, have dedicated their careers to serving the Billings community. They operate under the philosophy of treating every customer like a member of their family.

Over the last 5 years, Performance Brokerage Services has advised on the sale of over 300 dealerships, making it the highest volume dealership brokerage firm in North America. In 2022, the company consummated 92 transactions, marking a record-breaking year. Volkswagen of Billings will be relocated to 3671 Pierce Parkway in Billings, Montana and will be renamed Underriner Volkswagen of Billings.
