With the help of Performance Brokerage Services, one of the nation’s Top-50-Dealers, Victory Automotive Group and founder, Jeffrey Cappo, acquired Vista Honda in Ventura, California from the Shuken family. This purchases increases the holdings of Victory Automotive Group to 30 retail locations nationwide.

Once a multi-Nissan dealer, Jeffrey Cappo decided to shift his focus to Honda and over the period of a few years, divested of many of his Nissan stores. Vista Honda, now named Ocean Honda, marks the twelfth Honda dealership for the Victory Auto Group portfolio. We are confident that Jeffrey Cappo will turn the acquisition into a tremendous success.
