Steve Allen has dedicated more than 30 years to the automotive industry. With a passion for cars and starting to understand the many opportunities within a dealership, Steve pursued his automotive passion with solid education at the Automotive Business School of Canada. After building many relationships, various opportunities were presented to Steve that would eventually take him across the country gaining considerable retail experience in sales and F&I. However, it was his move to dealer services within the credit insurance, warranty and vehicle protection package space that gave him the opportunity to hone his skills in sales training. Working closely with colleagues, mentors, and with specific professional training programs, Steve developed the skills to succeed as a National Sales Trainer, National Sales Manager, and respected team leader.

Solid relationships and diversified skill sets, in and out of the automotive industry, have positioned Steve very well for us to welcome him as a Partner with Performance Brokerage Services.

As a business owner, licensed Realtor, Certified Management Consultant, volunteer, and humanitarian, we are confident that Steve has the experience and perspective to help Dealers make the best buy-sell decisions for them, their businesses, and their families.
