Michelle DeFouw brings over 25 years of experience in the North American automotive and warranty industries, holding leadership roles across dealer services, operations, and strategic partnerships. As Chief of Staff for a major third-party warranty administrator, she oversaw the onboarding and performance management of more than 500 dealerships across the United States and Canada, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of dealer operations and decision-making. Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration and currently serves as Director of Operations and Strategic Partnerships for the Canadian team, where she strengthens national-to-regional coordination, enhances internal systems, and supports partners through disciplined operational execution. Michelle brings a structured, strategic, and relationship-driven approach to every engagement, ensuring clients and partners experience the highest level of service throughout the dealership transition process.
