I’m Micah Westrum, and the car business has been in my blood since I was a kid. My dad owned a dealership, so I literally grew up on the lot. I started as the “lot kid” washing cars, then worked my way up as a technician and service advisor in our family’s store. That’s where I found my real passion for serving people.
As the youngest of seven kids, I knew I had to stretch myself. I joined a local luxury auto group and spent the next decade climbing the ranks in sales, managing high-line, domestic, and import brands. Those years rounded out my knowledge of dealership operations from the ground up.
Opportunity later took me to Lithia & Driveway, where I had the chance to lead a store from break-even to a top 25% net-to-gross performer while building the #1 operating-profit-percentage service department in the entire company.
I bring that hands-on experience to every dealer I work with, knowing exactly how much of ourselves we pour into this industry to build and protect success.
