Performance Brokerage Services is pleased to announce the successful sale of Fremont Ford in Newark, California to Mike Patel.

The seller, Mr. Steve Hallock, has been in the car business for over 40 years, owned and operated several dealerships throughout the East Bay in northern California.

Fremont Ford was acquired by Mr. Hallock in June 2005 when the store was on the verge of a bankruptcy. Mr. Hallock built an incredible team which helped in creating an iconic dealership in that area.

Mr. Hallock decided to retire from automotive retail. This transaction was exclusively facilitated by Performance Brokerage Services, Inc.
