Jones Equipment Rental, 2 Locations in Michigan, Acquired from Mike & Sue Jones

Performance Brokerage Services, North America’s highest volume dealership brokerage firm, is pleased to announce the sale of Jones Equipment Rental in Fort Gratiot and Marysville, Michigan.

Jones Equipment Rental has been family owned since lifelong residents of Fort Gratiot, Mike and Sue Jones, opened their first location in 1995. Mike and Sue opened a second location in Marysville in 1997. Prior to opening Jones Equipment Rental, Mike Jones was General Manager of a large equipment rental operation in the Detroit area.

Both locations were authorized dealers and distributors for Kubota, Land Pride, and Honda. Jones Equipment Rentals proudly offered rental services that large chain stores often do not, including impeccable equipment maintenance, on-site assistance with selecting equipment, and safety demonstrations from skilled staff members.
