Performance Brokerage Services, North America’s highest volume dealership brokerage firm, is pleased to announce the sale of Fiehrer Buick GMC in Hamilton, Ohio from Tom and Dan Fiehrer to Tom Gill.
Fiehrer Buick GMC has been serving the community since 1932. After the sale, Tom Fiehrer commented, “On behalf of Dan Fiehrer and myself, we couldn’t have been happier with the team of Mark Shackelford and Mark Shackelford, Jr. at Performance Brokerage Services. We had introductions two years prior with uncertainties of buying or selling. During this time, they provided market analysis and outlooks without any pressure. When the time came for our final decision, their guidance and expertise provided for a seamless transaction.”
Over the last 5 years, Performance Brokerage Services has advised on the sale of nearly 400 dealerships, making it the highest volume dealership brokerage firm in North America. This transaction was a collaborative effort led by Mark Shackelford, Sr. and Mark Shackelford, Jr. of the Midwest Office East, along with Gershon Rosenzweig, Matt Wilkins, and Jacob Stoehr of the Northeast Office for Performance Brokerage Services. Collectively, they served as the exclusive sell-side advisors.

The Gill Family has been in the automotive business since 1996, with Tom Gill Chevrolet operating as a family-owned dealership in Florence, Kentucky. With the acquisition of Fiehrer Buick GMC, the Gill Family has now expanded into the Ohio market.

Fiehrer Buick GMC will be renamed Tom Gill Buick GMC and will remain at its current location at 6720 Gilmore Road in Hamilton, Ohio.
