Patrick-Miller Tractor Company was established in 1953 and operated from two locations in Many and Natchitoches, Louisiana.

Patrick-Miller Tractor Company will remain at its current locations at 110 Highway 171 Bypass in Many, Louisiana, and 5632 Highway 1 in Natchitoches, Louisiana. The locations will be renamed MidSouth Forestry Equipment and MidSouth Tractor Company.
