We have just closed on the sale of Downtown Harley-Davidson in Renton, Washington. The dealership was recently re-built to comply with Harley’s new image standards. It is a state of the art facility, located in the heart of the “Golden Triangle” in Washington State.
The seller was Bob Lanphere’s Automotive Group. A mid-sized automotive group based out of Beaverton, OR.
The buyer is Jeff Cheek who will relocate from Florida. Jeff Cheek is also an ex-car dealer.
We of course wish Jeff and his team the best of luck with his new acquisition. And we thank the Lanphere Auto Group for the opportunity to be of service.
