Performance Brokerage Services, an automotive dealership broker, announces the successful sale and purchase of the Access Ford Lincoln car dealership in Corpus Christi, Texas from Mr. Charlie Massey to Lithia Motors, Inc.
Lithia Motors, Inc. is a public company headquartered in Medford, Oregon with over 100 retail locations throughout 12 states. Access Ford Lincoln, located at 3680 U.S. Highway 77 in Corpus Christi, Texas is the only Lincoln dealership within a seven county radius of Corpus Christi. Chief Executive Officer and President of Lithia Motors, Inc., Bryan DeBoer stated the following about the acquisition, “We are pleased to be growing with Ford in the Corpus Christi community, which adds to our existing store in the market…the stores fit our strategy of seeking exclusive franchises in regional markets.”
With plans to build a new facility in compliance with Ford’s Trustmark standards, Lithia also acquired five additional acres adjacent to the subject property, totaling close to 14 acres for the combined purchase. Additionally, this public company owns Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Corpus Christi and intends to utilize the excess space in the service department of Access Ford Lincoln to support servicing the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram franchises.
