Performance Brokerage Services, North America’s highest volume dealership brokerage firm, is pleased to announce the sale of Dale Willey Chevrolet GMC in Lawrence, Kansas, from Greg Maurer to Cable Dahmer Automotive Group.
Founded in 1970, Dale Willey Automotive began as a Pontiac-Cadillac dealership in Lawrence, Kansas. Over the following decades, the business expanded its portfolio, adding GMC in 1990, Buick in 1996, and Chevrolet in 2010. With 15 years of automotive retail experience, Greg Maurer joined the organization in 1998 and became sole owner in 2014. In 2024, Maurer entrusted Performance Brokerage Services on the sale of Dale Willey Honda and Dale Willey Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to Bob Sight Auto Group.

In 2026, Carlos was named Ingram’s Executive of the Year, while Cable Dahmer Chevrolet and Buick GMC of Independence received the Carfax 2025 Top-Rated Lifetime Dealer recognition for their sustained customer ratings. Dale Willey Chevrolet GMC joins Cable Dahmer Automotive Group as its third dealership in Kansas.

Dale Willey Chevrolet GMC will be renamed Cable Dahmer Chevrolet GMC and will remain at its current location.
