Bill’s Toyota Sales in Fort Erie, Ontario in Canada Acquired by Northern Roads Auto Group from William Pasincky Jr. and Michael Pasincky

Northern Roads Auto Group has completed the acquisition of Bill’s Toyota, Canada’s Oldest Toyota Dealer and a respected family-owned dealership, with Performance Brokerage Services Canada guiding the transaction.

Founded and operated by the Pasincky family, Bill’s Toyota has long been recognized for its commitment to customer service and community. The sale marks both the continuation of a proud family legacy and an exciting new chapter under Northern Roads’ leadership.

Rob Armstrong, Senior Partner at the Canadian headquarters of Performance Brokerage Services, represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction. Known for his senior-led, relationship-driven approach, Armstrong ensured a smooth, balanced, and confidential transition.
