Performance Brokerage Services, North America’s highest volume dealership brokerage firm, is pleased to announce the purchase of Nissan of Gurnee in Lindenhurst, Illinois by Jason Prado.
Jason Prado began his career in the automotive industry over 30 years ago in San Antonio, Texas. He has held leadership roles across major brands including Ford, Lincoln, General Motors, Toyota, and Mazda. Prado has a proven track record of restoring profitability to underperforming dealerships while meeting sales, service, and market-share objectives.
Performance Brokerage Services represented Prado, the buyer, in this transaction. In a prior acquisition, Prado purchased Ford of Galesburg, in which Performance Brokerage Services represented the seller.
Over the last 5 years, Performance Brokerage Services has advised on the sale of nearly 400 dealerships, making it the highest volume dealership brokerage firm in North America.
