We are pleased to announce that Performance Brokerage Services has just facilitated the sale of two dealerships in Tracy, California.
The dealerships changed hands from Mr. Tom Nokes to the Premier Automotive Group headed by Mr. Troy Duhon.
The two dealerships, Hyundai and CDJR, had failed during the 2008 economic meltdown and Tom Nokes, a long time multi-dealer in northern California purchased those and turned them into successful, high volume operations.
Last week, the dealerships changed ownership again. The new owner is the Premier Automotive Group, based in New Orleans.
A few years ago, we assisted the group with their first dealership acquisition in California, Poway Toyota. And now, with their latest acquisitions, Premier Automotive Group and Troy Duhon have increased their portfolio to 12 dealerships of which 5 are in Louisiana and 7 are in California.
The operating partner in the Tracy stores will be Tony Pappas. Tony relocated from Florida after 22 years of managing one of the top Hyundai dealerships in the nation.
Tony Pappas is very excited about the new challenge ahead and sent us the following email:
