Martin Dinh brings over two decades of distinguished retail experience in the automotive industry, where he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and strategic growth acumen. He began his career as a salesman and advanced through every major operational role, ultimately serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of an award-winning dealership group in South Texas. His performance has earned multiple Presidents Awards and One Elite recognitions from Ford Motor Company, as well as top-tier honors from Toyota. Martin’s expertise extends beyond operations to include dealership mergers, acquisitions, and open-point developments, where he has successfully secured and launched new franchise opportunities for prominent OEMs.
Today, Martin applies his deep understanding of dealership management and his results-driven philosophy to help clients maximize efficiency and profitability through Performance Brokerage Services. His hands-on experience across sales, fixed operations, and executive leadership enables him to deliver real-world insights that drive measurable success for dealer principals and investors alike. Outside of his professional pursuits, Martin enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing golf, and following football with lifelong enthusiasm.
